Inspired by children, Safra captures each child’s unique spirit. Her pictures reflect a passion and creativity coupled with an excellent technical proficiency. Little wonder she was nominated by Your Baby magazine as one of South Africa’s top 10 children’s photographers.

Safra’s pictures have graced the covers of children’s magazines. She has exhibited alongside Cape Town’s top photographers to raise funds for CHOC (Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa).

Childhood is a time of wonder, innocence, joy and curiosity. To best reflect these magical qualities Safra works with children outdoors or in a relaxed environment. Her innate understanding of children means she appreciates each child’s natural temperament and mood. Fun, fresh and at time serious, her work is nuanced and timeless.
